Sometimes errors happen and we are happy to rectify any shortages or discrepancies in an orders. Any problems with the order must be reported on the receipt of the delivery so that we can investigate and put things right.
We always try to give up to date information about our products on the website but sometimes we may get this wrong. Discrepancies may occur in the wrong information about the product being displayed, different packaging may be shown, changes to product colour or that the amount of stock available to purchase may be different. We have the right to cancel an order if we are unable to full fill all or any part of it, or if the transaction is high risk. A refund will be issued.
If errors occur in pricing on the website we reserve the right to contact you and arrange for further payment or for us to cancel the order and issue a full refund. An order can be cancelled or corrected by us right up to the point of dispatch.
